Audit your outbound sequences. Highlight every sentence that could be copy-pasted to a different prospect without changing a word. That's your AI-smell surface area.
2. Emotion

The framework is only useful if your team can act on it. Here's how to take this from concept to practice.
Content audit (this week): Pull the last 10 outbound sequences your team sent. Score each email on the four components -- Specificity, Emotion, Originality, Accountability. Use a simple 1-5 scale. Anything averaging below 3 is sitting in the danger zone of subconscious buyer rejection.
